摘要
矿用扒渣机转载机构的运用可以大大提高矿车出渣的效率.转载机构的支撑悬臂在矿渣转载时起到关键作用,本文对转载机构支撑悬臂部分进行有限元分析,在此基础上进行结构拓扑优化,得出了刚度更优的支撑悬臂模型.结果表明:在同等质量下,拓扑优化结构支撑悬臂承载的应力更大,安全系数更高.
Mine use of slag machine reprint institutions can greatly improve the efficiency of the slag tub.
