摘要 大梁是水平定向钻机的主要承载部件,其强度和刚度对钻机能否正常工作影响很大.本文分析了钻机大梁的结构和受力情况,采用Workbench建立大梁有限元模型并进行模态分析,根据其前六阶振动频率和模态振型结果对大梁进行结构优化,优化设计后的大梁固有频率明显提高,基本消除了共振的风险,同时质量及成本明显降低.有限元分析结果为钻机大梁的设计提供了参考依据. As the load-carrying part, the strength and stiffness of the main beam have great effect on the per- formance of the horizontal directional driller. Based on the force analysis of the main beam, a finite element model is established; and then the modal analysis is performed. According to the proceeding six steps natural vibration frequencies and its corresponding vibration modes, the optimization design model of main beam is developed. The results show that the natural vibration frequencies are improved obviously. The weight and the cost of production are also reduced, so as to provide a scientific basis for the design of main beam.
