多个密封观察窗口耐压壳体有限元分析与结构优化设计

摘要 针对潜器光电观察设备耐压壳体结构,在保证耐压壳体外部尺寸不变和内部体积充分利用的前提下,以减小最大应力和变形量为目标,用ANSYS软件进行静态有限元计算.实现了对多个密封窗口耐压壳体结构优化,优化结果表明通过该设计方法得到的多个密封观察窗口耐压壳体结构布局合理,能够满足设计要求. For structural optimization design of latent photoelectric observation equipment pressure-proof shell, make full use of the premise volume to guarantee the external pressure-proof shell sizes and volume, taking the maximum stress and strain reducing as the optimization goal, the finite element software ANSYS is used to carry out the static and dynamic calculation. As a result, the author realizes the optimization of multi- ple sealed windows pressure-proof shell structure. The optimization results show that the multiple sealed win- dows pressure-proof shell structural design is reasonable and can meet the design requirements.
