摘要
校企合作的现代学徒制是指以提高理论和专业技能为目标,以学生为主体,以专业设置、课程改革为纽带,在学校教师和企业职工共同参与指导下,校企深度合作的三位(学生、教师、职工)一体的人才培养新模式。人才培养是"三位一体"学徒制的根本功能,校企一体化是现代学徒制成功的基础。
Aimed to improve the theory and practical skills of students ,linked by curriculum setting and re-form ,cooperated by college teachers and enterprise staff ,the modern apprenticeship of college-enterprise coopera-tion is a new talents-cultivating model .Talents-cultivating is the basic function ,while college-enterprise coop-eration is the foundation of its success .
