On Research and Development Processes and Manufacturing of Liquid Cargo Tanks for LNG Carrier Building Project

本文介绍了在某船企现有的生产条件下加工6000m3中小型LNG的C型独立罐体的过程,通过模拟该罐体的加工、制作过程,对液货罐体结构和罐体的分部施工及其流程等进行了分析。从理论角度结合现有生产场地及相关设备设施,对该类中小型LNG液罐结构的加工、制作方面的工艺进行了论述,以供相关工程技术人员参考。

The processes of manufacturing C-type independent tanks for small and medium -sized （6000m3） LNG under existing conditions have been introduced .By simulating the manufacturing processes of this type of tanks ,the structure ,subsection construction and processes of liquid cargo tanks have been analyzed .Combining with the existing production site and related equipments ,the processing of machining and manufacturing this type of small and medium-sized LNG tanks has been discussed in order to offer a reference for engineering and technical personnel .
