高职新生时间管理倾向相关特征研究

On the Freshmen's Time Management Characteristics in Higher Vocational Colleges

时间管理倾向由时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能感构成,反映了人们对待时间的态度和价值观念,推动个体向一定的目标行动。高职生是大学生中一类特殊群体,本实证研究以XX学院不同专业高职一年级学生为研究对象,研究高职生时间管理倾向的特征,发现高职生时间管理倾向在性别、专业、生源地差异、是否独生子女等变量上存在显著差异。

Time management tendency consists of the sense of time value ,time control and time efficiency .It reflects people’s attitude towards time and values ,and promotes the individual to target a certain action .Higher vo-cational college students is a special group of university students .The subject of this research is the freshmen from different majors in Jiujiang Vocational University .This article is aimed to reveal the significant differences of the characteristics of time management tendency based on the variable of“gender ,major ,native place ,w hether the on-ly child” ,and so on .
