老年慢性躯体疾病伴发精神障碍临床资料分析

Analyses of clinical data of senile chronic somatic disease com-plicated with mental disorders

目的：探讨老年慢性躯体疾病伴发精神障碍的临床特征，为临床诊治提供依据。方法对95例老年慢性躯体疾病伴发精神障碍患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者多罹患呼吸系统、循环系统、内分泌系统疾病，伴发精神障碍主要表现为人格改变、智能障碍及情绪症状。结论老年慢性躯体疾病伴发精神障碍患者以罹患呼吸、循环、内分泌系统疾病为主，精神障碍表现形式多样化，临床上应根据症状尽快明确诊断并予以综合治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical features of senile chronic somatic disease complicated with mental disorder in order to provide basis for clinical diag‐nosis and treatment .Methods Clinical data of 95 senile chronic somatic disease patients complicated with mental disorder were retrospectively analyzed .Results The patients mainly suf‐fered from respiratory ,circulatory and endocrine system disease ,complicated mental disorders were mainly personality change ,disturbance of intelligence and emotional symptoms .Conclusion Senile chronic so‐matic diseases complicated with mental disorders are mainly respiratory ,circulatory and endocrine system diseases ,manifestations of mental disorders diversified ,diagnoses should be made as soon as possible and complex treatment given .
