全自动单剂量分包机摆药差错率显著低于人工摆药（0．09％／0．34％），具有摆药效率高、药品污染机会少等优点，但存在费用高、盘点难度大等不足，将其与医院的特点相结合予以合理运用，有利于确保临床用药的安全性，提高医院的药学服务水平。

T he error rate of automatic single‐dose dispensation machine （ASD‐DM ） is significantly lower than that of artificial dispensation （0 .09% vs . 0 .34% ） ,the ASDDM has such advantages as efficient dispensation ,less drug pollution and so on ,but such shortcomings as high cost ,difficult stocktaking and so on ,reasonable use of the ASDDM in the light of hospital characteristics is beneficial to the safety of clinical medication and increase of hospital pharmaceutical service level .
