冷冻联合光动力治疗尖锐湿疣及综合护理干预

Freezing plus photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminate and comprehensive nursing intervention

目的：探讨冷冻联合光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及综合护理干预效果。方法将104例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为研究组与对照组各52例，研究组采用冷冻联合光动力治疗，对照组单纯用冷冻治疗，两组均予以综合护理干预，随访6个月。结果研究组治疗痊愈率显著高于对照组（P＜0.01），复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在综合护理干预的基础上，冷冻联合光动力治疗尖锐湿疣效果显著，复发率低，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of freezing plus photodynamic ther‐apy for condyloma acuminate and comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods A total of 104 condyloma acuminate patients were randomly assigned to two groups of 52 ones each ,re‐search group was treated with freezing plus photodynamic therapy and control group with single freezing , and both groups received comprehensive nursing intervention and followed up for 6 months. Results Cure rate was significantly higher （P〈 0.01） and relapse rate lower （P〈 0.05） in research than in control group. Conclusion On the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention ,freezing plus photodynamic thera‐py for condyloma acuminate has an evident effect and lower relapse rate ,is worthy of clinical generaliza‐tio n.
