With the popularization and development of network technology, the Internet has become a distributing center of ideological and cultural information and an amplifier of network public opinions. How to improve the ability to cope with the complex network of public opinions, to grasp the trend of network public opinions timely and accu- rately, to guide network public opinions scientifically, is a new problem that local governments and leaders at all lev- els have to face. This paper elaborates some relevant theories and cases about establishing intelligence linkage mech- anism of network of public opinion, and optimizes the Intelligence linkage mechanism to provide a reference for gov- ernment decision - making.
