On the Construction of the Law System of Duty Crime Prevention of Jurisdiction Personnel

政法队伍执掌着特殊的职责权力,职务犯罪时有发生。职务犯罪本质上是一种权力腐败。遏制政法队伍的职务犯罪,需要从建立"不敢腐"的惩处机制、"不能腐"的监督机制、"不想腐"的自律机制三个方面,构建政法队伍职务犯罪的预防体系。

The force of jurisdiction personnel is an important power of the people＇ s democratic dictatorship. Due to the power of special duty, the jurisdiction section becomes the duty crime stricken area. Duty crime in essence is a kind of power corruption. To curb and construct a prevention system of duty crime of jurisdiction personnel, three systems need to be established, that is, the establishment of ＂being afraid to corrupt＂ punishment mechanism, ＂be- ing unable to corrupt＂ supervision mechanism, ＂being unwilling to corrupt＂ self- discipline mechanism.
