摘要
为解决我国轨道车辆空气弹簧自由振动测试的关键技术难题,设计了空气弹簧振动试验台,重点介绍了试验台的设计原理与结构组成,并对我国TMT与进口空气弹簧进行了不同垂向载荷、不同振幅的自由振动特性比对试验。结果表明:2种空气弹簧在不同工况下的共振频率、共振倍率等振动特性基本一致。试验台设计达到预期要求,为我国轨道车辆空气弹簧安全和可靠性研究提供了科研平台。
To solve the key technical problems of domestic rail vehicle air spring free vibration test, the air spring vibration bench was designed. The principle and structure of the test bench was introduced in emphasis, and based on the test bench, free vibration characteristics of TMT was compared with the foreign air spring with different vertical load and amplitude. The results show that: the domestic air spring has the same vibration characteristics of resonance frequency and multiplying factor under different condition with the foreign. The test bench satisfied the desired requirement, and provides research platform for safety and reliability of domestic rail vehicle air spring.
