摘要
人力资源是企业赖以生存和发展的必备资源,是林业企业在激烈的市场竞争中能够立于不败之地的根本。鉴于此,林业企业必须要重视人力资源的开发和研究。通过SWOT分析法,根据企业自身的既定的内在条件和外在条件,合理分析企业内外部因素,针对林业企业实行现代人力资源管理的必要性提供支持和依据。
Human resource is the necessary resources for the enterprises, to insurance with enterprises have an impregnable position in the intense market competition. In terms of this, the forestry enterprises must make attention with the human resources' development and research. This article is based on the SWOT analysis method, according to the enterprise's own established internal conditions and external conditions, analysing enterprise's internal and external factors, to provide support and basement for the modern human resources management.
