林业投资风险分析及其对策研究

Analysis of Forestry Investment Risk and Countermeasures Research

结合已有的研究风险和理论成果,对林业投资风险相关理论的内涵、特点及类别进行概括总结,并在此基础上对个人,企业,国家等不同主体的投资风险进行分析,并针对投资主体提出发展林下经济,购买森林保险,提高农户组织化程度,建立健全林业风险管理法律,加强风险管理建立并完善林业风险投监督机制,建立补偿机制,加大资金投入等相关规避或减少风险的建议。

Combined with the existing risk of theory and the research results, this paper summarizes the connotation, the characteristics and categories of the forestry investment risk theory. And make the investment risk analysis on the basis of the subject of the individual, enterprise, different countries, then put forward some ideas for main body of investment or reduce the risk suggestion： developing the under-forestry economy, purchasing the forest insurance, improving the degree of organization of farmers, establishing and improving the risk management of forestry law, strengthening risk management to establish and perfect the supervision mechanism of risk investment in forestry, establishing the compensation mechanism and increasing capital investment.
