叶天士论治泄泻经验浅探

《临证指南医案》是记载叶天士临床经验的一本重要著作,其中《泄泻》篇对泄泻有较为详细的论述。从叶氏经验看,泄泻四季皆可发病,湿邪是主要致病因素,病位主要在脾胃,与其他脏腑密切相关。其论治宗仲景东垣经验,注意四时、体质因素,重视预防调护,治法方药记载颇有特色。
