摘要
通过观察云麻5号种子在不同浓度的Na Cl单盐处理下的发芽率、发芽速度、发芽势、发芽指数、幼苗生长量的变化,结合分析去除盐处理后的各项数据。结果表明:随Na Cl单盐浓度的提高,云麻5号的种子发芽率逐渐减小;Na Cl单盐溶液对大麻胚根和胚芽的生长有一定的阻碍作用;去除盐溶液后,高浓度处理过的大麻种子的发芽率和发芽速度会有所恢复和提高。
The germination rate, germination speed, germination potential, germination index, and seedling growth of hemp variety Yunma No.5 seeds under different concentrations of NaCl single salt treatments and after removing the salt were observed and analyzed.The results showed that:the germination rate of Yunma No.5 seeds decreased gradually with the increase in the concentration of NaCl single salt;NaCl single salt solution could hinder the growth of hemp radicle and plumule;after the removal of salt solution, the germination rate and germination speed of hemp seeds treated with high concentration of NaCl could be restored and improved to some extent.
