摘要
晒黄烟具有化学成分协调、香气足、焦油低等特点,为充分利用我国丰富的晒黄烟资源,阐述了烟草特有TSNAs的组成、产生机理及影响因素,如烟草类型和烟草品种、栽培技术与调制技术、烟草生物碱、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐、微生物作用等,并展望了调制技术对降低晒黄烟TSNAs含量的应用前景。
Harmonious chemical compositions, full frangrance and low tar content are the typical characteristics of sun-cured yellow tobacco.To fully use the abundant sun-cured yellow tobacco resources in China, this paper described the composition, producing mechanism and influencing factors of TSNAs from sun-cured yellow tobacco.The factors affecting the release of TSNAs from tobacco included the type and variety of tobacco, the cultivation and modulation techniques of tobacco, the contents of alkaloid, nitrate and nitrite in tobacco, and the function of microorganisms.In addition, the author discussed the applied prospects of modulation technique in reducing the TSNAs content in sun-cured yellow tobacco.
