摘要 为了探明添加生物炭对土壤酶活性的影响,以花生壳为原料在450℃条件下制备生物炭,通过向土壤中添加不同量的生物炭进行室内培养,对土壤中蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性的动态变化进行了分析。结果表明:添加生物炭对土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶活性有显著的促进作用,尤其是高水平添加量对2种酶的促进作用显著高于中低水平添加量;生物炭对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响表现为前期抑制后期促进,其促进作用弱于蔗糖酶和脲酶,中低水平的生物炭添加量对过氧化氢酶的促进作用显著高于高水平添加量。 In order to explore the impact of adding biochar on the activities of several enzymes in soil, the author used peanut shell as raw material to prepare biochar at 450℃, and then analyzed the dynamic changes in activities of sucrase, urease and catalase in the soil supplemented with different doses of biochar through indoor culture experiment.The results showed that adding biochar had significant promotive effects on the activities of sucrase and urease in the soil, and the promotive effects of adding highdose biochar were significantly greater than those of adding middle-dose or low-dose biochar.The impact of adding biochar on the activity of catalase in the soil manifested an inhibiting effect at earlier stage and a promotive effect at later stage of culture experiment, but the promotive effect on catalase activity was weaker than that on the activities of sucrase and urease;adding middle-dose or low-dose biochar had significantly greater promotive effect on catalase activity than adding high-dose biochar.
