摘要
内置式永磁同步电机应用广泛,对其的控制方法也得到不断发展。为了优化内置式永磁同步电机的起动控制方式,基于其离散化状态方程,结合无差拍控制理论,进一步设计了所需电流预测模块,提出了一种新的无差拍直接转矩控制方式。研究结果表明,该方法延续了直接转矩控制响应快的特点,可以精确计算定子端的电压矢量,同时转矩脉动小,开关频率固定,具有优异的动态和稳态特性。
The interior permanent magnet synchronous motor is applied widely in the world. Methods for how to control it are developing all the time. A new controller was proposed, which is based on IPMSM discrete time form equations and deadbeat direct torque control system. And a new current predictor was designed. Based on the results of simulation, the current predictor can predict stator current to guarantee the control accuracy. This DB-DTC controller can calculate the ac- curate voltage demand and solve the problems of DTC method, such as unfixed switching frequency and big torque ripple. It has good dynamic and static performance.
