摘要
针对工业缝纫机总是处于频繁的快速起动/停止运动方式,其加、减速过程对机器的性能影响很大,其快速精确定位技术是工业缝纫机的关键、难点。提出把级联自抗扰控制引入到基于永磁同步电动机的工业缝纫机伺服控制系统中。通过仿真验证,该方法能在电机允许的转矩范围内有效挖掘电机的柔性加减速潜力,实现电机的快速精确定位,对提升工作效率、提高产品质量有着重要意义。
For industrial sewing machine is always in frequent fast start/stop sport, and its acceleration, deceleration process has a large impact on the performance of the machine. Its fast and precise positioning technology is a key of indus- trial sewing machines. The cascaded active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) was introduced to industrial sewing ma- chine servo control system based on PMSM. The simulation results show that this method can effectively tap the potential of the flexible acceleration and deceleration of the motor under the motor torque range allowed, which achieve fast and precise positioning of the motor, and have great significance to enhance work efficiency and improve product quality.
