摘要
离心风机是获得较高风压的理想选择。离心风机叶轮(材料:ST12)由于内置电动机外转子,故采用了较合理的组合式结构,叶轮经6道模具工序、一道车削工序和一道铆压工序[1]来完成,以确保叶轮高速旋转时的整体联接强度。为有效解决叶轮的散件组装问题,成功运用了具有可靠定位且防移位的叶轮铆压工装。还着力介绍了一种集定位、夹紧于一体的气动夹筒式车夹具,它克服了下端板这种薄壁套类零件装夹时易变形的缺点,且装夹和拆卸工件方便,从而极大提高了车削生产效率。该工艺经批量生产证明,操作简便、产品质量稳定且成本低廉。
The centrifugal blower is ideal selection for getting high pressure. Because the centrifugal blower impeller (material: ST12) had built-in motor external-rotor, it used reasonable combined structure. The impeller was made by six die processes, one lathe turning process and one riveting pressure process. The overall connection strength of the impeller was ensured when high speed revolving. In order to effectively solve the problem of the impeller's parts assembly, the rive- ting pressure process with reliable fixing and preventing shift was successfully used. A pneumatic clamping cylinder turning fixture with fixing position and clamping was chiefly introduced. It overcame the easy deformation defect when clamping sleeve parts of thin wall such as the lower end plate. It easily fixed and dismounted parts. So the turning efficiency was greatly improved. Batch production proves that the process has the characteristics such as easy operation, stable product quality and low-cost.
