护理实习生对手卫生认知情况调查及干预对策 被引量:4

Investigationon Hand Hygiene Cognition in Intern Nurses and Countermeasures

摘要 目的了解护理实习生进入临床实习前后对手卫生的认知程度及问题,探讨并提出相应的干预对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷表,对3所在校护理专业1503名学生临床实习前后进行问卷调查,集中发放问卷,现场作答并回收。对不同时期(实习前后)和不同学校及不同实习医院(医院等级三级和二级)之间实习生的手卫生知识掌握情况进行比较分析。结果护理实习生在学校、在实习医院接受过有关手卫生知识培训的人数比例分别为90.35%、99.14%;手卫生相关知识知晓率实习前后分别为57.37%、70.89%。护理实习生对手卫生知识的概念、重要性、指征及方法认知,实习后较实习前提高的差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05);实习前不同学校之间除指征掌握外,其他认知差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习后在不同等级实习医院(三级和二级)之间除重要性掌握外,其他认知差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理实习生手卫生知识缺乏,学校与医院应加强对护理实习生进行手卫生等医院感染相关知识的教育。 Objective To investigate the hand hygiene knowledge in intern nurses before and after clinical practice and to raise countermeasures. Methods By using a self- designed questionnaire 1503nursing students in three schools before and after the clinical practice were collectively investigated. Results The proportion of nursing students in schools and in the practice of hospital who received hand hygiene knowledge training were respec- tively 90. 35% and 99. 14%. The awareness rates of hand hygiene knowledge before and after practice were re- spectively 57.37% and 70. 89%. Nursing interns demonstrated different cognitive of hand hygiene knowledge before and after practice (P 〈 0. 05 ), in terms of concept, importance, indication and method. The students' cognition in different nursing schools were statistically different (P 〈 0. 05 ) except indications. Af- ter the practice, nursing students who practiced in different levels of hospitals exhibited significant different cognition (P 〈 0.05 ), except the importance cognition. Conclusion Nursing students are lack of hand hy- giene knowledge, it is imperative to enhance their knowledge and hospital infection education in both schoolsand hospitals.
