摘要
目的寻找本次学校自备井水污染的原因,为监督提供科学的处理措施,防止类似事件的发生。方法采用流行病学、现场卫生学调查及实验室检测结果,分析水污染原因。结果该校自备井选址不当,地势低洼,无专职供管人员,雨水季节水井倒灌未进行任何消毒处理,造成嗜水气单胞菌污染水源、管网而引发的水污染事件。结论应加强自备井预防和控制措施。
Objective To uncover the reason of an accident of water pollution in a school - owned well and to for- mulate scientific measures for health supervision and prevent the recurrence of similar accident. Methods Epi- demiological method, field investigation and lab test were comprehensively adopted to identify the pollution rea- son. Results This school -owned well located at an improper and low -lying site; besides, there was no full - time supply and management staff. No disinfection treatment was implemented when the water flowing back- ward in rainy season, causing the pollution of Aeromonas hydrophila in water source and pipe network. Con- clusion Prevention and control measures should be strengthened towards self- owned well.
