道德缺失造成一系列影响恶劣、严重损害人民群众切身利益的事件,严重冲击着社会道德的底线,让社会各界充分感受到道德缺失的巨大危害。道德价值取向的多元化、市场经济发展对传统道德的冲击、社会调节机制不健全、道德教育滞后于社会发展是形成道德缺失的深层原因。解决道德缺失现象,要从加强法制建设、提供坚实法律保障、提高国民道德修养、加强社会公共道德建设、提升道德教育的高度和扩大道德教育广度,增强教育的有效性等方面入手。

Moral deficiency has caused a series of incidents which has brought about a series of bad influence and severely damaged people＇s vital interest, seriously shocking the bottom line of social morality and demonstrating the great harm of moral deficiency among all walks of life. Moral deficiency are attributed to the diversified moral orientation, the shock of the development of market economy on traditional morality, the unsound social adjustment mechanism and the situation of moral education lags behind the social development. To address moral deficiency, it is very essential to strengthen the construction of legal system, provide a solid legal guarantee, improve the national morality, strengthen the social public morality construction, enhance the quality of moral education as well as expand the scope of moral education, and improve the effectiveness of education.
