大学生羞怯、自尊与手机成瘾倾向的关系

Relationship between College Students' Shyness,Self- esteem and Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency

采用羞怯量表、自尊评定量表和大学生手机成瘾倾向量表对在贵州10所高校抽取的1090名大学生进行调查,探讨大学生羞怯、自尊与手机成瘾倾向的关系,考察自尊在羞怯与手机成瘾倾向之间的中介作用。结果表明大学生羞怯、自尊与手机成瘾倾向显著相关;回归分析显示羞怯和自尊有效预测手机成瘾倾向;中介效应检验表明自尊在羞怯与大学生手机成瘾倾向之间的中介效应成立。因此,羞怯可能会增加大学生的手机成瘾倾向,自尊在大学生羞怯与手机成瘾倾向之间的中介作用成立。

1090 college students were tested with Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale, UCLA self- esteem Scale （Third Edition） and Shyness Scale to explore the relationships between college students＇shyness, self- esteem and mobile phone addiction tendency. The study shows that there were significant positive correlation between mobile phone addiction tendency, shyness and self - esteem; the regression analysis shows that shyness and self - esteem ef- fectively predict mobile phone addiction; the intermediary effect test shows that the self- esteem mediated the effect of the relationships between mobile phone addiction tendency and shyness. It can be concluded in the study that shy- ness may raise the possibility of mobile phone addiction tendency of college students, self - esteem mediated the effect of the relationships between mobile phone addiction tendency and shyness.
