基于PCA-PSR模型的节水型社会建设综合评价方法——以广西壮族自治区为例

Water-saving Society Evaluation Methods Based on PCA-PSR Model——A Case Study of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

依据"压力-状态-响应"(PSR)模型的理论,构建节水型社会评价指标体系框架,同时采用主成分分析法(PCA)求得2004-2012年广西节水社会建设评价综合指数,并使用相关分析方法对未来节水型社会建设情况进行预测。结果表明:广西节水型社会建设水平呈逐年上升的良好态势,节水型社会建设成效显著,这将为今后社会经济的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。最后,根据预测分析结果,提出进一步提高节水型社会建设水平的相关建议。

Based on the theory of the PSR model,the water-saving society evaluation indicators framework is constructed,and the PCA method is adopted to determine the comprehensive evaluation index of the construction of Guangxi water-saving society from2004 to 2012.The future construction situation of the water-saving society is predicted by using correlation analysis methods.The results show that the construction level of the water-saving society of Guangxi has been improving year by year and still maintains good momentum.The construction of the water-saving society has gotten a good result,which will lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the economy and society in the future.Finally,based on the prediction results,some related suggestions about further improving the level of the construction of the water-saving society.
