社会工作介入村改居社区赋权实践的反思——以S市D社区为例

A Reflection of the Empowerment Practice Changes in Social Work Intervention Taking D community of S City as an Example

随着社区职能从行政管理向提供社会服务转变,村改居社区的建设和发展问题伴随着城市社区治理研究凸显出来。文章透过赋权理论的应用及实践,针对社会工作介入S市村改居社区居民身份认同、城市适应、居民参与公共事务管理机制和途径的建立等问题的研究进行探讨和反思,以期为当下村改居社区的治理模式提出有益参考。

With the changes of the community function from administrative management to social service, and problems concerning village community construction appear with the community governance. This article, with the empowerment theory and its practice, discusses social work interventionproblem in S City in village community with their residents identity adapting to the city, residents participation mechanism and the establishment of public managementto suggest beneficial reference in community governance model.
