红细胞分布宽度、胱抑素C及颈动脉内中膜厚度与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlation between Red Cell Distribution Width,Cystatin-C,Carotid Intima-media Thickness and the Degree of Coronary Atherosclerosis

摘要 目的探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)及颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的关系。方法选择接受冠状动脉造影(CAG)的186例患者为研究对象,根据CAG结果分为冠心病组(n=136)和对照组(n=50),检测患者RDW、Cys-C及IMT水平,比较两组间差异。按Gensini积分评价冠状动脉病变程度,将冠心病组分为三个亚组,分别对各亚组RDW、Cys-C及IMT进行比较,同时对RDW、Cys-C及IMT检测值与Gensini积分进行相关性分析。结果冠心病组的RDW、Cys-C及IMT水平与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.05)。随冠脉病变程度加重,RDW、Cys-C及IMT水平呈增高趋势,RDW、Cys-C及IMT与Gensini积分均呈正相关。结论 RDW、Cys-C、IMT与冠脉病变程度相关,可作为预测冠脉病变程度的指标。 Objective To examine the relationship between red cell distribution width(RDW),cystatin C(Cys-C),carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and the degree of coronary atherosclerosi.Methods One hundred and eighty-six patients with coronary angiography were divided into coronary heart disease(CHD)group(n =136)and the control group(n =50)according to the result of coronary angiography.Detect the level of RDW,Cys-C,IMT of the object of study and compare the difference of these indexes of the two groups of patients.Evaluate the severity of coronary artery lesions by Gensini score,the coronary heart disease group was divided into three subgroups,RDW,Cys-C,IMT of each subgroup were compared separately,meanwhile the RDW,Cys-C,IMT correlation analysis with Gensini score.Results The level of RDW,Cys-C,IMT of CHD group increased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).With the aggravation of extent of coronary artery lesion,the level of RDW,Cys-C,IMT substantially increases,RDW,Cys-C and IMT was positively correlated with the Gensini score.Conclusion The RDW,Cys-C,IMT have certain correlation with the severity of coronary artery lesions,may be new indicators to predict the severity of coronary artery lesions.
