企业员工满意度调查研究——以云南省临沧市工业园区为个案

摘要 文章以云南省西南地区的临沧工业园区为个案,通过文献研究事先假设对于当地员工满意度的影响因素,然后通过李克特量表法制作的调查问卷法为主,访谈法为辅的方法对其进行了大量的样本收集从而进行论证,调查结论的八个基本假设因素中,基本符合以往员工满意度研究的结果,同时可以发现信息流畅和职业发展因素的影响尤为突出,在企业因素中,工作环境表现出了当地的特殊性。根据整个研究,笔者认为应对薪酬、人才利用、工作压力的缓解,企业和政府以及员工本身都应该做出相对的策略来优化员工满意度。 This paper takes Lincang Industrial Park of southwest Yunnan as a case, through literature review, some factors contributing to the staff satisfaction can be hypothesized for the study. A questionnaire based on the Likert scale is used as the primary method and interview as the supplementary. A large number of samples are collected for textual argument. Of the eight basic factors toward the conclusion, the smooth information factor and the professional development factor are found to be fundamentally consistent with and the most prominent influential; the enterprise factor indicates local special work environment. From the entire study, it is the author' s belief that the enterprise, the government, and the staff should take corresponding strategies for salary and remuneration, talent recruitment, and work pressure relief to optimize the staff satisfaction degrees.
