摘要
企业升级已呈现出一种多元化的升级态势,这不仅体现在不同企业选择了不同的升级模式,而且体现在同一个企业内部选择了不同的升级模式,基于这种升级模式多元化的现状,依据企业主要的升级模式,将升级企业分为四类,利用微笑曲线,综合分析了其背后的三种升级路径,并由此得到了产业及企业在升级中应该关注的几个重要的问题。
Enterprise Upgrading is presenting a trend of diversification and it not only appears as that different enterprises have shown different upgrading patterns, but also that different upgrading patterns appear in one enterprise. According to this situation, the article classified enterprises into four types according to their main upgrading patterns. And then it makes a comprehensive analysis about three upgrading paths behind them. The article also revealed several key issues that enterprises should pay attention to during the process of industry or enterprise upgrading.
