摘要
为了充分利用无线Mesh网络广播传输的特性,并提高网络吞吐量,提出一种基于编码收益的Mesh网络机会路由协议(The Coding-Revenue Opportunistic Routing,CROR)。该协议对多个数据包实行先编码再发送,并以期望传输次数(Expected Transmission Count,ETX)定义编码收益函数,使用编码收益函数定义下一跳转发节点集中节点的优先级。由下一跳转发节点集中优先级最高的节点将解码出的源数据包以相同的方式继续转发,直至目的节点。仿真实验结果表明,CROR提高了网络吞吐量和机会路由的传输性能,并增加了网络的编码传输百分比。
In order to make full use of the broadcast characteristic of the wireless Mesh network and improve the network throughput, a Coding-Revenue Opportunistic Routing (CROR) protocol for wireless Mesh networks is proposed. The protocol codes multiple packets into one packet before transmission,and it uses the forward distance of the ETX (Expected Transmission Count) to define the coding-revenue function, then use coding-revenue function to define the priority of the nodes in the next-hop forwarding nodes set. The highest priority node in the next-hop node set which decodes the source packet will forward the packet towards the destination in the same way. Simulation experiments show that the CROR can improve network throughput and transmission performance of opportunistic routing, and increase the network coding transmission percentage.
