卵巢早衰是一种由多因素导致的难治性生殖内分泌疾病,目前临床上对本病除以雌孕激素替代治疗外,尚无有效干预方法。王佩娟教授认为本病的基本病机为肾虚,尤以肾虚血瘀为主,用补肾活血法进行临床干预,颇有效验。

Premature Ovarian Failure （POF） is a refractory reproductive endocrine disease, which is caused by several fac- tors. At present, there are clinically no effective intervention methods except hormone replacement therapy for the disease. Pro- fessor Wang Pei-juan considers that the basic pathogenesis of POF stasis, and intervention with tonifying kidney and activating blood has is kidney deficiency, especially renal deficiency and blood good curative effect clinically.
