摘要
在分析发达国家节能减排和治霾措施的成功经验的基础上,选取我国的典型城市北京作为研究对象,搜集整理北京市近年来推出的治霾举措,就治霾措施和节能减排的关系进行关联探讨。
Based on the the analysis of successful experience of developed countries on energy saving measures, and taking Beijing as research object, the initiatives that launched by Beijing government is collected, and the relationship between energy-saving emission reduction and the treatment of haze is discussed.
