摘要 为了找出输油管道泄漏爆炸导致多人伤亡事故的有效预防措施,文章基于输油管道泄漏爆炸事故,分析事故发生原因,建立以输油管道爆炸造成多人伤亡为顶上事件的事故树,对事故树进行分析,得到最小径集和结构重要度排序,提出事故预防措施:安装监测预警和防控技术装置、提高应急处置能力、合理规划城市及管线。 To find out the effective prevention measures of the accident that oil pipeline explosion caused many casualties, this paper is based on serious explosion accident caused by the Sinopec oil pipeline leak in Qingdao. The causes of accident are analyzed. A fault tree with oil pipeline explosion caused many casualties as the top event is established. Through the analysis of this fault tree, minimal radius set and structure importance order are get. It proposes the accident prevention measures that installing the monitoring, warning and controlling devices, improving emergency response capabilities and planning urban and pipeline properly.
