摘要 针对太钢径锻产线废钢的管理特点,分析了废钢的定义、编码、生成、存储、运输、销售、回收、财务分摊整个业务流程,开发了一套基于生产现场实际业务的废钢管理系统。对废钢的产生、盘库、销售发运、财务分摊的全生命周期进行管理与控制,可以有效地提高生产现场对废钢的分类识别,按类存储的精细管理水平,提高废钢的优价销售比例,更加客观准确地反映锻钢生产线的成材率,提高ERP系统的财务会计成本的准确性。 Considering TISCO Radial forging for scrap management features, analyzes the definition of scrap, encoding, generation, storage, transportation, sale, recycling, financial contributions entire business process, relying on the rolling MES platform, developed a business based on actual production site scrap management systems. From the scrap generated scrap stocktaking, scrap sales shipped, scrap the entire life cycle of the financial allocation to manage and control, can effectively improve the production site for scrap classification, according to the level of the fine class storage management, increase scrap the proportion of sales at higher prices, more objectively and accurately reflect the rate of finished forging steel production lines, improve the accuracy of financial accounting costs of ERP systems.
