摘要
人力资源管理在企业的各类管理中起到了核心统筹的作用,制定怎样的人力资源管理变革制度来完善企业管理,提高管理绩效,促进企业的进一步发展成为了当今社会企业工作者高度重视的问题。文章就从企业信息环境下人力资源的管理入手,重点分析人力资源管理的重要意义,以及制定完善管理机制的重点目标和主要措施。
Human resource management in various management companies plays a central role in co-ordinating the development of human resources management reform how to improve enterprise management system, improve management performance, and promote the further development of enterprises has become a high priority in today's social enterprise workers problem. In this paper, under the management of enterprise information environment from human resources to start, focuses on the importance of human resource management, and the development of key objectives and improve the management mechanism of the main measures.
