Budget Management and Control of the Enterprise

预算的管理和控制是企业实现长久发展的重要保障。目前我国企业在预算管理控制方面还存在着不少突出问题,这是企业发展的主要阻碍之一。文章主要分析了我国企业预算管理控制中的问题,并针对这些问题提出一些应对措施。

The management and control of enterprise budget is an important guarantee for the enterprise to achieve lasting development. At present, China＇s enterprises in the budget management control areas there are still many outstanding questions, this is one of the major obstacles to the development of enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the budget management control in the enterprises of our country＇s problems, and puts forward some measures to solve these problems.
