摘要
通过对煤矿井下斜巷轨道运输安全监控装备现状分析,指明现存在的核心问题为矿车运行状态的监测水平低,阐述了非接触感应矿车测速传感器的技术特点,提出了将离散的阻车器及磁感应矿车运行状态测控装置集成为智能化控制和远程监控平台相结合的智能化系统的实施技术路线。
Through the analysis of present situation of coal mine safety monitoring equipment for track conveyance, the core existing issue is indicated, that is, the low level of monitoring state of tramcar running, and technical characteristics of contact-less inductive speed sensor are elaborated. And this paper puts forward that discrete stopper and magnetic induction tramcar operation status monitoring device can be integrated as an implementation of technical route, which is a intelligent system of intelligent control and remote monitoring platform.
