Study on Strategies for Promoting the Transformation of Government Economic Management Function

经济基础决定上层建筑,政府职能作为上层建筑的一部分,是随着经济基础的改变而改变的。因此,在社会主义市场经济下转变政府的职能有了历史必然性。文章首先对我国政府经济管理中现存的问题和因素展开分析,然后再对如何推进政府经济管理职能转变展开策略研究。

The economic base determines the superstructure, the functions of the government as a part of the superstructure, will change with the change of the economic foundation. Therefore, transformation of government＇ s functions under the socialist market economy is the historical inevitability. At the beginning, this paper analyzes the problems and negative factors existing in the government＇s economic management, and studies the strategies on how to promote the change of government＇ s economic management.
