泌尿外科腔镜器械过塑图谱在器械交接中的应用

Application of laminated photos in handover of urological endoscopic instrument

目的探讨泌尿外科腔镜器械过塑图谱在器械交接中的应用效果。方法将2013年1～12月腔镜手术719例次设为对照组，采用常规方法交接器械；2014年1～12月腔镜手术753例次设为实验组，应用过塑图谱交接。结果实验组腔镜器械管理不良事件发生率显著降低，腔镜器械组装检查合格率、消毒供应中心工作人员腔镜器械辨识率、组装检查掌握率显著提高（均P〈O．01）。结论腔镜器械过塑图谱应用于器械交接，杜绝了因腔镜器械问题给患者带来的安全隐患，为手术的顺利进行提供了保障。

Objective To explore the effect of laminated photos in handover of urological endoscopic instrument. Methods A total of 719 endoscopic surgeries undertaken from January to December 2013 were treated as the control group and 753 surgeries undertaken from January to December 2014 were served as the experimental group. Surgical instruments used in the surgeries were handed over either by using conventional methods in the control group or laminated photos in the experimental group. Results Com- pared to the control group, the experimental group achieved a lower rate of adverse events of instrument management and a higher rate of qualified instrument assembly （P〈0.01 for both）. The rates of correct identification of instruments and qualified assembly of instruments by staff working in the sterile supply center were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group （P〈0.01 for both）. Conclusion Application of laminated photos in handover of urological endoscopic instrument avoids po- tential risks induced by endoscopic instruments and ensures the success of surgery.
