老龄化趋势下城市空巢老人生活质量调查研究——以云南省为例

Survey on the Life Quality of Urban Empty-nest Elderly under the Condition of Aging Tendency:Take Yunnan as an Example

为了解云南城市空巢老人生活质量状况,本文采用专家调查与比例分配的方法构建了城市空巢老人生活质量评价指标体系,并以此编制了《云南城市空巢老人生活质量调查问卷》,对云南昆明、红河、丽江、德宏等有代表性市、县的509名空巢老人进行了调查,结果显示云南省城市空巢老人生活质量总体偏低,特别是在文化娱乐活动、居住地的医疗条件、生活环境、社会提供的条件、身体状况方面得分较低。建议各级管理机构采取切实可行的措施,加大投入,改善条件,发展社区养老,提高空巢老人的生活质量。

In order to understand the status of the life quality of empty-nester elderly in yunnan city, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of life quality of urban empty-nesters elderly with the method of expert investigation and proportional distribution, on this basis, this paper designes the questionnaire about life quality of urban empty-nest elderly in yunnan, then investigates 509 empty- nest elderly from the typical cites in Yunnan, such as Kunming, Honghe, Lijiang and Dehong. The re- sult shows that the average life quality of Yunnan empty-nest elderly is in a poor condition, especially in the cultural and recreational activity, medical condition of residence, living environment, social conditions and physical status. Through the research, we suggest the management organizations take ef- fective measures to increase input, improve the life condition and develop community endowment, so as to improve the life quality of empty-nest elderly
