摘要 近年来,出于"富民强滇"的需要,云南省积极鼓励云南籍毕业生出省就业,一时间"走出去"成为了毕业生就业的关键词。本研究从地理环境、文化心理因素以及经济因素方面分析云南籍毕业生为何难于"走出去"的文化背景,进而提出促进云南籍毕业生"走出去"就业的方法,填补了在出省就业方面研究的缺失,从而有助于云南高校毕业生省外就业相关研究的深入开展,以及后续就业指导工作更加有针对性地得以实施。 In recent years, due to the need of the project "enrich the people and prosper Yunnan", the government encourages Yunnan native graduates' to find jobs out of Yunnan province, actively, for a while, "going out" has become the key words of graduates' employment. This paper analyzes the cultural background why Yunnan native graduates' are difficult to "go out", from the aspect of geo- graphical environment, cultural and psychological factors and economic factors, and then, it puts for- ward the method proposing graduates' employment outside of Yunnan province, and the research will fill the gap on this field, so as to help in-depth development of related research, thereby, it can make pointed reference to guide follow-up employment guidance work.
