对20万t/a 4釜流程的PET装置进行全方位调查,分析影响产品品质主要原因为操作人员技能不熟,浆料配制系统有缺陷,酯Ⅰ系统不稳定,预聚物过滤器切换有缺陷,过料不平衡等。并制订相应对策。通过改进,各项参数得到有效地控制,产品品质得到了提高。

All-round investigation was carried out on 20 × 10^4 t/a four reactors process of PET plant. The factors that have effect on product quality were the unskilled of the operator, the defect of the slurry configuration system, the unstable of the esterifoeation I system, the defect of prepolymer filter switching, feeding imbalance. The corresponding countermeasures were developed. Through improving, various parameters were effectively controlled, the product quality was improved.
