摘要
建设合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区是实施创新驱动发展战略的需要。通过深化改革创新,加快产业升级,推进两化融合,加大研发投入,做强存量做优增量,加强政策引导,打造蚌埠工业升级版。针对存在的问题和制约因素,研究推进自主创新试验区建设的对策。
The construction of Hefei, Wuhu and Bengbu＇s independent innovation comprehensive experimental area needs implementing innovation driven development strategy. By deepening reform and innovation, accelera- ting the industrial upgrading, promoting the integration of information and industry ,increasing investment in re- search and development, and strengthening policy guidance, we could build the Bengbu industrial upgrade. In view of the existing problems and restricting factors, independent innovation countermeasures of the construction of the experimental area were put forward.
