该文分析了目前食品分析实验教学中存在的不足,并从独立设课,优化实验教学内容,改革教学方法,强化教学考核,提高教师的素质和科技促教学等6个方面对食品分析实验教学改革进行了探讨,为应用型食品人才的培养奠定基础。

The deficiencies of food analysis experimental teaching were analyzed,and the reformation countermeasures were proposed including independent class,optimizing experiment teaching contents,reforming teaching methods and evaluation, improving teachers＇ quality and science and teehnology promoting the teaching and so on,which lay a foundation for the euhivation of the applied talent of food.
