脑循环治疗仪治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效分析及护理探讨

Effect analysis and care of cerebral circulation therapeutic in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy

目的:研究分析脑循环治疗仪用于小儿脑瘫的临床效果及护理措施。方法:择取62例脑瘫患儿,应用随机抽样法将其平均分成对照组(采取常规康复治疗及护理干预)与研究组(在常规治疗、护理的同时结合脑循环治疗仪进行治疗),每组各有31例患儿。结果:研究组患儿的总有效率约为96.77%(30/31)显著高于对照组的83.87%(26/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑循环治疗仪对脑瘫患儿的治疗效果更加突出,同时结合相应的护理,进一步促进了疾病的康复。

objective To study the analysis of the clinical effect of the cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus used in pediatric cere-bral palsy and nursing measures. Method 62 cases of children with cerebral palsy in pediatrics were selected,according to random sampling method,they were divided into control group （ conventional rehabilitation treatment and nursing intervention）and study group（ at the same time of routine treatment and nursing combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic treatment）,31 cases in each group. Results The total ef-fective rate of the study group was about 96. 77%（30/31）. which was significantly higher than that of control group 83. 87%（26/31）,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus is more evident effect on the treatment of children with cerebral palsy,combined with the corresponding nursing at the same time,further promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
