摘要
本研究从语言学习策略和英语成绩两个方面探讨了网络辅助教学对高职学生英语学习的影响。结果显示,在网络辅助教学环境下,实验组学生的语言学习策略使用水平与对照组相比并无显著差异,但实验组学生的英语成绩与对照组学生相比则有显著的提高;另外,实验组学生英语成绩的提高与其语言学习策略使用无显著相关。因此,为了更好地发挥网络辅助教学的作用,教师须重视对学生的策略训练,优化网络课程的设计及加强对学生的监控及指导。
This article investigates the impact of web-assisted teaching on higher vocational college students’ Eng-lish learning in terms of language learning strategies and English achievements. The results show that under web-as-sisted context, there are no significant differences between Experimental group students and control group students in terms of using language learning strategies; however, the English achievements of Experimental group students have significantly improved compared with that of control group students;besides, there is no correlation between us-ing language learning strategies and the improvement of English achievements under the web context. This article concludes that to better play the role of web-assisted teaching, teachers should lay emphasis on training students’ abilities to adopt language learning strategies, optimize the design of web courses, and strengthen the monitoring and guidance during web class.
