校系二级管理体制下高职院校教学质量保障体系构建研究

A Study on the Construction of Higher Vocational College Teaching Quality Assurance System under Two-Level Management System of Colleges and Departments

教学是高等职业院校的核心工作,教学质量的高低直接影响到高职院校人才培养和高职教育整体质量的高低。高职院校建设的主旨已经从外延扩张式向内涵式发展转变,在高职院校实施校系二级管理体制下构建教学质量保障体系,既是高职教育快速发展的必然要求和高职教育本质特征的内在要求,又是高职院校构建合理管理幅度的必然选择。本文就高职院校校系二级管理体系下的教学质量保障体系构建提出了具体思路。

As teaching being the core work of the higher vocational colleges, the quality of teaching affects directly the overall quality of talents cultivation. With the transformation from expansion to the inner development, setting-up a teaching quality assurance system under two level management system of colleges and departments in Higher Voca-tional Colleges is not only the inherent requirements, but the inevitable choice to construct the rational management. This paper puts forward some concrete ideas on the construction of teaching quality assurance system under two-lev-els management systems for higher vocational colleges.
