高职院校兼职教师队伍建设研究与实践

Study and Practice on Developing of Part-time Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges

师资是一个学校的第一资源、第一竞争力,一支专兼结合、优势互补的师资队伍更是提高高职院校教学质量的第一因素。目前,高职院校的兼职教师已占教师队伍的重要组成部分,兼职教师队伍建设成效关系到校企合作的质量和融合度、关系到一个学校人才培养的质量。文中总结分析了兼职教师建设的研究与实践。

As the first resource and competition power of a school, teaching staff Composed of both full-time and part-time teachers is the critical factor to improve the quality of teaching in Higher Vocational colleges .At present, part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges have accounted for an important part of teachers, the effectiveness of the part-time teacher team development is not only related to the quality of school-enterprise cooperation school but also the training quality. This paper analyzes and summarizes some study and practice of part-time teachers develop-ment.
