摘要
目的研究PDCA应用于医院药事管理中的临床意义。方法选取300例在该院于2010年1月—2013年12月期间在该院门诊接受治疗的患者,将300例患者平均分为研究组和对照组,研究组在在药事管理中应用PDCA管理,对照组采用常规医院药事管理,观察2组年药学差错事件、药学管理整体水平及患者的满意度。结果研究组在药学工作满意度及药学管理质量评分上要高于对照组,在年药学差错事件发生率上要低于对照组,均具有统计差异(P<0.05)。结论在医院药事管理中应用PDCA管理,能减少药学差错事件的发生,提高患者对药学服务的满意度,提高药学管理整体水平。
Objective To study the PDCA used in hospital pharmacy administration in clinical significance. Methods 300 cases in our hospital during the period from January 2010 to December 2013 in our clinic treated patients, 300 patients were divided into study group and the control group, the study group in the application of the PDCA in Pharmacy Administration management, control group with conventional hospital pharmacy management, pharmacy errors observed events in the two groups, the overall level of pharmacy management and patient satisfaction. Results of the study group in pharmacy and pharmacy management job satisfaction on the quality score to be higher than in the previous year pharmacy error event rate is lower than the control group were statistically different (P〈0.05). Conclusion of the PDCA management in hospital pharmacy management, pharmacy errors can reduce the occurrence of events, improve patient satisfaction with pharmacy services, and improve the overall level of pharmacy management.
